Return Policy

We want you to love your Leiki Gear, and if you don't we're here to make it right. We accept returns, exchanges, and refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Return shipping costs are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact us at thetribe@leiki.surf or use the chat feature on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. In some cases, store credit or an exchange may be offered instead.
