Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the U.S. and offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and import taxes. We do not cover international shipping costs or customs charges.

Fulfillment Times
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
Please note that many of our apparel items (excluding boardshorts and base layers) are made to order. For these products, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you're unable to locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. For stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
